Guardianship of the Person
We serve as Guardian of the Person for Incapacitated Persons in Denton County, overseeing personal care, medical needs, and the person’s living situation. We are a team of Texas Board Certified Guardians who are held to the highest standards and take pride in our integrity but also our love of this work. Our referrals come directly from the Denton County Probate Court.
Guardianship Training
At the request of the Denton County Probate Court, we meet with family member Guardians and other non-professional Guardians to provide training and support on how to best manage a Guardianship of the Person in compliance with the Texas Estates Code.
